02What information do I need to provide?
We'll ask for your business name, industry, target customers, preferred colours, logo style and any references or ideas you may have.
03What if I don't know what type of logo I want?
That's absolutely fine. Tell us about your business and our designers can suggest an appropriate direction.
04Can I request changes to the logo?
Yes. Every package includes revision rounds. The number of revisions depends on the package selected.
05What files will I receive?
Depending on your package, you'll receive high-resolution files suitable for digital and print use. Higher packages also include editable vector/source files.
06Can I use my logo on social media and my website?
Yes. Your final logo files can be used across websites, social media, digital advertisements and other online platforms.
07Can I print my logo on packaging, visiting cards or signage?
Yes. Print-ready files are provided as specified in your selected package.
08Who owns the final logo?
After final approval and completion of the project, rights to the approved final logo are transferred to the client, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.
09How do I give feedback?
Our process is designed to be simple and online. You'll be able to review the concepts and communicate your feedback during the project.
